University of Wyoming incoming senior Glenn Workman did something Sunday that no other golfer had ever done.
Workman won the Colorado Golf Association Amateur Championship at the Sonnenalp Golf Club in Edwards, Colorado, with a 6-under 278 over four rounds.
The CGA title was Workman's second amateur victory of the summer as he won the Wyoming State Golf Association Amateur in June at Jacoby Golf Course in Laramie.
With the two victories, Workman is the first golfer to win both the CGA and WSGAA titles in the same year.
"Glenn is just doing an amazing job," UW men's golf head coach Joe Jensen said.
