WICHITA, Kan. – Darral Willis Jr. registered his third double-double of the season and Wichita State dominated from start to finish to hand Northern Iowa a 73-44 loss in Charles Koch Arena Saturday afternoon.
Willis finished with a team-high tying 14 points and a team best 11 rebounds, while Landry Shamet also scored 14.
Markis McDuffie finished in double-figures yet again with 12 points and seven boards.
The win secured Wichita State's 25th win on the season, making it eight straight with at least 25.
Wichita State (25-4, 15-1 MVC) had UNI scrambling all game long, holding the Panthers to 27 percent shooting and outrebounding UNI, 48-23.
