LAS CRUCES, N.M. – The Wichita State men's golf team finished third in its final competition of 2016 behind two top 10 individual efforts.
Yannik Emmert finished the fall season exactly how he started, in impressive fashion. Emmert carded his best round of the tournament on the final day with 67 to finish at 208 overall, 5-under par. Emmert had three birdies and an eagle in his final 18 holes to secure fourth spot on the individual leaderboard.
Grant Bennett shot a 1-under 70 to end the competition with 213, good for even par through the three rounds.
