Western Kentucky coaches sold Jayden Patterson on the program’s recent winning ways. The Class of 2018 cornerback committed to the Hilltoppers with hopes to continue that success.
Patterson on Tuesday became the fifth commit for WKU’s Class of 2018. The 6-foot, 185-pound DB from Mountain View High School in Lawrenceville, Ga., talked to the Daily News on Thursday about his verbal pledge to coach Mike Sanford’s Toppers.
“It’s more of a winning culture over there,” Patterson said. “… It means a lot because it shows they take winning seriously.
