Western Kentucky's Ventavius Sears was named Tuesday as the Conference USA Male Field Athlete of the Week. In just the second week of honors awarded, Sears is the first Hilltopper of 2017 to pick up a weekly accolade after claiming both the long jump and triple jump event crowns at the Commodore Invite last weekend in Nashville.
