MORGANTOWN, W.Va. - The West Virginia University women’s basketball team will host Concord University in an exhibition game on Tuesday, November 1, at Robert C. Byrd High School in Clarksburg, West Virginia. A tipoff time will be announced at a later date. Admission to the contest will be $5 for adults and $3 for children, with all of the net proceeds benefiting families affected by the flooding in southern West Virginia.
The Mountaineers recently completed a visit to Rainelle, West Virginia, to assist with the flood recovery efforts. During their visit, WVU removed personal items, debris, as well as water-logged walls and flooring from a pair of homes.
