MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – A pair of West Virginia University wrestlers remain nationally ranked at their respective weights, as Dylan Cottrell (165) and Jacob A. Smith (197) are both in the top-20 in the latest rankings released on Tuesday
After going 4-2 for a fourth-place finish at the Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invitational last weekend, Smith currently ranks at No. 6 according to InterMat after ranking seventh by the publication last week. He stays at No. 8 in FloWrestling’s rankings and moves from No. 10 to No. 9 in rankings released by The Open Mat.
