West Ham's David Gold retweets photo of Will The Inbetweeners after being tricked

West Ham chairman David Gold has been tricked into retweeting a photograph of a TV comedy show believing Will from The Inbetweeners was a real schoolboy.

Internet prankster @Gxmble posted a photograph of The Inbetweeners stars Will McKenzie, played by Simon Bird, and his mother Polly McKenzie, played by Belinda Stewart-Wilson, and asked the 80-year-old West Ham chairman for a retweet.

The popular comedy was broadcast on Channel 4's youth station E4 between 2008 and 2010.
