West Brom are closing in on a £100,000 deal for Lincoln defender Sean Raggett.
The 23-year-old has played a key role in his club's National League title-winning season, helping The Imps to a Football League return.
He was also integral to Lincoln's incredible run to the FA Cup quarter-finals, scoring a last minute winner against Burnley in the fifth round.
His performances this season have attracted plenty of attention from clubs in England's top two divisions.
