Tony Pulis has told West Bromwich Albion they need to buy in January and asked his bosses to loosen their ‘tight and rigid and strict’ transfer budget.
The 58-year-old saw his side lose 4-0 to Tottenham on Saturday and said afterwards that West Brom are nowhere near those in the Premier League’s top six.
West Brom missed out on Manchester United’s Morgan Schneiderlin who joined Everton for £24m instead and Pulis says new signings are a must.
‘We need to bring players in,’ Pulis said.
