Darren Fletcher is to join Stoke City on a two-year deal.
The 33-year-old has failed to agree terms on a new contract at the Hawthorns and is now poised to link up with Mark Hughes at the Britannia Stadium.
The move represents a major coup for Stoke as Fletcher has been hugely influential for Tony Pulis.
His loss will be felt hard by the Albion manager who will be disappointed that the club have not been able to agree a new contract with the Scotland international.
