Watford have made a move for Lille defender Sebastien Corchia, according to reports in France.
The 26-year-old is into the final year of his contract with the French club and he is still no closer to signing an extension.
The right-back has impressed for Lille since joining them in 2014 from Sochaux and his performances have led to him being linked with Arsenal.
But now, according to L'Equipe, it is Watford who are gunning for Corchia after making an approach for him.
The Premier League club are said to have made an undisclosed offer for the full-back in the hope they can tempt Lille into cashing in on him now, rather than losing him for free in a year.
