Before the season begins, every NBA team is optimistic that they made improvements during the summer. Even rebuilding teams, like the Brooklyn Nets and Philadelphia 76ers, embrace the changes that were made and try to create something positive out of it.
That positive feeling that surrounds all 30 NBA teams only lasts so long, though.
