Last year, Joe Dahl was the only Cougar named to the Reese's Senior Bowl team. He ended up getting drafted in the 5th round of the NFL Draft by the Detroit Lions.
For many players, the Senior Bowl is the gateway to the NFL Draft.
Today, three Cougs are well on their way to Mobile, Alabama for the 2017 edition of the Senior Bowl. Receivers River Cracraft and Gabe Marks, along side defensive back Shalom Luani, were three of the 42 players from the Pac-12 Conference to receive the honors. The full list includes nearly 350 names from every level of football.
