LAWRENCE, Kan. -- Due to inclement weather, effective immediately (5:07 p.m. PT) the men’s and women’s track and field events at the NCAA DI Track & Field Championships scheduled for today, Thursday, May 26, 2016, have been suspended.
Washington State has 19 individuals and three relay teams in Lawrence for the three-day NCAA Prelims. None of the Thursday events, which began at Noon CT, were completed. Friday field events were slated to begin at Noon CT with racing going from 5 - 10 p.m. CT.
A revised schedule will be released as soon as possible.
