MONTEREY, Calif.—The Washington State men's golf team is in 12th place (+36, 604) after the second round of play at the Saint Mary's Invitational, Tuesday, at Poppy Hills Golf Course.
WSU shot 13-over par in the second round and is 25 strokes back of leader No. 23 San Diego State (+11, 579). Host-school Saint Mary's is in second (+15, 583) and Fresno State rounds out the top-three at 588 (+20).
Two Cougars are in the top-25, including sophomore AJ Armstrong and junior Zach Anderson, who are both tied for 21st (+7, 149).
