Will Compton's Knee Progressing Well, And So Is His Ego

Like the rest of his teammates who suffered injuries in 2016, Redskins linebacker Will Compton has used the last month of the offseason to rest, recover and rehab.

Compton injured his PCL against the Eagles last December, the first real knee injury he had experienced in his career. While he returned to the field for the last two games of the regular season, he said Thursday that his knee, along with some of his other bumps and bruises, are healing and strengthening well.

“I feel OK right now,” Compton said on an episode of “Redskins Nation.
