The Washington Redskins come into this season very strong at the quarterback position. Where last season there was a lot of doubt and uncertainty with Robert Griffin III and Kirk Cousins but after a record-breaking season by Cousins there is optimism that the Redskins offense will move to an even higher level in 2016.
While Cousins and the Redskins were not able to come to an agreement on a long-term deal, the Redskins have still made sure that Cousins will have plenty of weapons to throw to. Using their first round draft on wide receiver Josh Doctson and brining in tight end Vernon Davis to bolster the depth behind Jordan Reed and Niles Paul.
