Bengals HC Marvin Lewis told reporters on Tuesday that no team has reached out them about a trade involving backup QB A.J. McCarron, despite speculation that he could be a trade possibility for a team like the Browns.
“AJ McCarron is a valuable member of our football team,” Lewis said, via Bengals.com. “No one has asked to trade him. We’re not going to go out and seek a trade for AJ McCarron. He’s a valuable member of the team. We’ve said that how many times?”
