Five contract bargains for the Washington Redskins in 2017

The Redskins have many questions to answer regarding their available cap space in the future. Kirk Cousins remains to be signed long-term, tethered to the Redskins by a franchise tag worth $24 million. A long-term contract would not stray far from that number as an annual rate.

On top of the Cousins situation, the Redskins have several players who will command substantial sums going forward, such as Morgan Moses and Terrell McClain. Even more are scheduled to receive new contracts next year, including star players on one-year deals like Terrelle Pryor and Zach Brown.
