The Washington Post reported Friday discussions will include Chris Baker, Vernon Davis, Pierre Garcon and DeSean Jackson. The discussions will also include Will Compton and Chris Thompson. As far as Kirk Cousins is concerned, well, we’re still watching.
This almost had to happen due to the recent re-signing of OLB Junior Galette. Galette, signing a one-year $800,000 contract, is proof the Redskins are making moves behind the scenes and leaving everyone in suspense. Even though Galette hasn’t played in a long, long time due to injuries, it will be interesting to see if he is worth the money.
