A closer look at the five sacks conceded by the Redskins’ offensive line at Carolina

One of the biggest positives of the Redskins’ season to date has been the vast improvement in pass protection along the offensive line. They had given up just 12 sacks on the season going into the game against the Panthers. But against Carolina, the Redskins’ offensive line gave up five sacks, nearly half of its season total, in one game. There were various problems in protection, with almost every position along the line at fault for at least one sack.

The first sack came in the second quarter. Right tackle Morgan Moses faces Panthers defensive end Kony Ealy.
