Washington Nationals Welcome Tillman “the World Famous Skateboarding Dog” to First Pups in the Park Event of the Season

The Washington Nationals invite fans and their canine companions out for the return of Pups in the Park, presented by Dick Van Patten’s Natural Balance Pet Foods, on Saturday, May 14 when the Nationals take on the Florida Marlins at 1:05 p.m.

Featuring special guest Tillman “The World’s Fastest Skateboarding Dog,” along with the Natural Balance team of athletic canines, the event offers Nationals fans and their dogs the opportunity to enjoy the game from a specially-reserved seating area in sections 140 through 143. Nearby in the Natural Balance Pet Zone, dogs will have access to a water station and relief area, while dog-sitting services and pet food sampling will also be available.

Pups in attendance can strut their stuff around the field during the Pup Parade prior to the game. In addition to performing brief skateboarding demonstrations outside the ballpark, Tillman will lead the Pup Parade and deliver the lineup card during the pregame ceremonies.

Dog owners can purchase tickets for $20 while dog tickets cost $5, with proceeds from the dog tickets benefitting the Washington Humane Society. The first 20,000 fans will also receive a free eco-friendly tote presented by Natural Balance Pet Foods.

While limited tickets are available for the May 14 event, two additional dates have been scheduled for Saturday, July 9 and Saturday, September 24. Tickets for the games may be purchased at nationals.com/pups.
