Former Washington Huskies defensive tackle Danny Shelton will be one of 26 players attending the 2015 NFL Draft in Chicago, the NFL announced on Tuesday.
The All-American is the most highly touted player among the Huskies’ “Big Four” draft prospects, which also includes cornerback Marcus Peters, linebacker Shaq Thompson and pass rusher Hau’oli Kikaha.
The 6-foot-2, 339-pound Auburn native is expected to be among the first interior defensive linemen selected, and could go as high as the first 10 picks in the first round on April 30, according to draft experts.
