ESPN’s Andrea Adelson released her Midseason All-ACC team on Wednesday afternoon, and one Hokie has made the cut through the campaign’s first seven weeks.
Virginia Tech defensive back Greg Stroman made the list, and is joined in the secondary with Clemson Tigers duo Cordrea Tankersley and Jadar Johnson, along with Duke’s Breon Borders.
Stroman has been as solid as they come on the nation’s seventh-ranked total defense, becoming a key cog against the pass for the Hokies. Stroman ranks second in the ACC and a tie for 13th in all of college football with nine total passes defended.
