In the wake of this weekend’s violent rally that brought hundreds of unwelcome Neo-Nazis and white supremacists to the streets of Charlottesville, Eric Dixon—a four-star power forward out of Philadelphia, PA, and 247’s 50th overall player in the class of 2019—has decided to postpone his unofficial visit to the Cavaliers.
Dixon (6-6, 250lbs) averaged 19.2 ppg last season for Abington (PA), and has offers from Georgetown, Miami, Oklahoma State, Penn State, Rutgers, Temple, and Seton Hall. He has also garnered interest from Maryland, LaSalle, Delaware, and St. Joseph’s.
According to Philly.com, Dixon rescheduled his visit due to a “safety reason”.
