Rapid Fire
-Women's Basketball got off to a great 4-0 start to their season after picking up an 86-50 win over Norfolk State, a 69-52 road win at Auburn, and an 81-46 destruction of Longwood. This is the second straight season where the Hoos have started 4-0. Next up, Virginia heads to the Virgin Islands for the Paradise Jam, starting Thursday.
-The Women's Cross Country team finished 15th overall at the NCAA Championships with a score of 386. Third year Cleo Boyd led the Wahoos, finishing in 67th overall. The 15th place finish is the same as their finish last season.
