The 6'4", 225 lbs. defensive end from Lynchburg, Va. held offers from James Madison, Liberty, Elon and Richmond. He was not rated by either Rivals or 247.
Terrell originally received his offer just two weeks ago, following Virginia's one-day football camp on Saturday, June 20.
