Villanova point guard Jalen Brunson has decided to return for his junior season, the school announced Wednesday.
Brunson, who averaged 14.7 points and 4.1 assists per game, told The Philadelphia Inquirer earlier this week that he would make a decision after consulting with his father (former NBA journeyman Rick Brunson) and Villanova coach Jay Wright.
Brunson's return gives the Wildcats a talented, if inexperienced, potential starting five.
