Letting no joke die, the Vanderbilt Commodores travel to Hooverville, Alabama, to begin the SEC Tournament today against the South Carolina Game Penises at 9:30 AM CT.
Matt Ruppenthal (2-3, 3.32 ERA) goes for the Commodores, while Reed “Scott Reed” Scott takes the mound for South Carolina, who is the 11-seed in the SEC Tournament.
This will be the lone single elimination round. Should Vanderbilt advance, they will go into the 8-team, double-elimination battle royal that runs through Sunday.
