LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL – Day 2 of the 2016 Development Academy Winter Showcase saw Vancouver Whitecaps FC Residency U-16 and U-18 record a draw and a win, respectively, over fellow MLS club youth teams.

Whitecaps FC U-16 Residency notched a hard-earned point in their Winter Showcase opener, drawing 1-1 against Houston Dynamo U-16 despite being down to 10 men for most of the match.
Houston opened the scoring in the 20th minute, just five minutes after WFC defender Daniel Kaiser was sent off.
