GLENDALE, Ariz. — Sorry all you Team Tankers out there, it doesn’t look like the Vancouver Canucks are going to cooperate.
The Canucks have moved themselves back into the playoff conversation after a perfect two-game road trip that concluded Wednesday night with a 2-1 win over the Arizona Coyotes at Gila River Arena.
Playing without newly injured veterans Alex Edler and Brandon Sutter, the Canucks were outplayed and outshot, but managed to find a way to win.
They moved to within two points of a wildcard playoff spot and are now just three points out of third place in the Pacific Division.
