The awards keep trickling in for athletes at the University of Utah. The school announced today that Utah football player Hunter Dimick and softball player Hannah Flippen will receive the prestigious Pac-12 Tom Hansen Conference Medal.
Each year the Tom Hansen Conference Medal is awarded to each Pac-12’s member institution’s outstanding male and female student-athlete based on the exhibition of the greatest combination of performance and achievement in scholarship, athletics and leadership.
All of the recepients will be honored
According to a press release sent out by the university, “Dimick, currently a under a free agent contract with the Jacksonville Jaguars, earned All-America and first-team All-Pac-12 honors as a senior after a standout career as a four-year starting defensive end.
