The band is getting back together.

The Utah Jazz on Tuesday announced that the 1996-1997 team — the first in franchise history to make the NBA Finals after John Stockton sunk the Houston Rockets in Game 6 of the Western Conference Finals with a last-second 3-pointer — will reunite on March 22 when this year's Jazz take on the New York Knicks at Vivint Arena.

The team will be honored at halftime of the game that will see former Utah shooting guard Jeff Hornacek coach the Knicks.

In addition to their Finals appearance that year, the Jazz also saw Karl Malone win his first league MVP award and get named one of the NBA's 50 Greatest Players along with John Stockton.
