The Utah Jazz Twittersphere was abuzz on Thursday with talk of Elijah Millsap and his relationship with the team’s coaching staff. The controversy was ignited with a piece by Kevin Pelton on ESPN Insider. Specifically, it was the following line that made the rounds on social media–
“Millsap lost the trust of the Utah coaching staff and appears a long shot to make the roster this season.”
Obviously, it wouldn’t bode well for Millsap’s future with the franchise if there was a lack of trust between he and Jazz coaches. For clarification on the story, reporters went to head coach Quin Snyder who, in short order, dismissed the notion outright–
