After a five-year run, softball head coach Kristie Fox will be departing the team.
Fox announced Thursday she will continue her career as a head coach for the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
“I want to thank Jim Baker and the entire UT Arlington Athletic Department for giving me the opportunity to be their head coach these past five years,” Fox said in the press release. “Arlington softball will always have a special place in my heart. I am very proud of the growth of this program, and I know these players are going to go on to do great things.
