The Trojans also hosted California at the Coliseum in 2014. Washington played here last season and Arizona came in 2013.
They have rarely been big draws.
The previous Thursday night games drew an average attendance of 64,151.
Thursday the stadium looked only slightly more than half full shortly after kickoff.
“We certainly do realize, and don’t take lightly, that weeknight games can be disruptive, especially in big cities like L.A. that got traffic concerns,” Pac-12 commissioner Larry Scott said.
