USC remained outside the Associated Press men’s basketball top 25 poll for a second consecutive week.
The Trojans received six votes for the latest rankings released Monday, seventh in the “others receiving votes” category.
They appeared on fewer ballots after receiving 14 votes one week ago. In the past week, the Trojans split a pair of homes games, holding on for an 82-79 victory over Arizona State on Sunday night but falling three days earlier to No. 7 Arizona.
USC is 17-4 overall and 4-4 in the Pac-12. It hosts No. 8 UCLA on Wednesday at Galen Center.
