USMNT Rumors: Terrence Boyd nearing move to Huddersfield Town

Terrence Boyd may be on the move. He has six months left on his current contract, and a viable suitor emerged. No, not Mr. Darcy, but it is English.

According to a report from BILD, the American striker is close to leaving RB Leipzig and joining Huddersfield Town on a two-and-a-half-year contract that runs through 2019. It’s a logical move, as The Terriers are led by former Borussia Dortmund II manager David Wagner. Boyd, as you may or may not know, spent a productive year with BVB II, scoring 20 goals in 32 appearances during the 2011-2012 season.
