What’s Bruin Show – Episode 97 – UCLA Goes Under Armour

In this latest episode, hosts Bill Shirley, Jake Merrifield and I talk with LA Sports Hub writer Jamaal Artis about the biggest apparel deal in college sports as UCLA has spurned long-time supplier Adidias in favor of Under Armour.

The announcement was made Tuesday that UCLA and Under Armour have inked a 15-year deal worth $280 million. That is not only the largest in the nation, but the largest of all time.

We get into how this all came to fruition (the downfall of Adidas and their Zubaz) and what this means for both UCLA and Under Armour going into the future.
