Did you see where the Jacksonville Jaguars just signed free-agent cornerback A.J. Bouye? With all due respect to our boy Blake Bortles, I think the quarterback just became the second-best UCF player on the Jags’ roster. Seriously, how do you not root for Bouye, who didn’t get invited to the NFL Scouting Combine and didn’t get drafted but now has signed a $68 million contract with $26 million guaranteed. That’s what I call a real Jags-to-riches story. … By the way, don’t you just love NFL free agency — that time of year when one team’s trash becomes another team’s treasure?
