Tulsa (3-3) dropped a 72-62 decision to the Little Rock Trojans (6-2) in front of 3,769 fans at Jack Stephens Center Saturday afternoon. The loss snapped a three-game Tulsa winning streak, while Little Rock won its third straight contest.
A nine-point Hurricane lead in the first half was erased by Little Rock in the final eight minutes of the half. Despite a Tulsa run in the final 20 minutes where the Hurricane was able to cut its deficit to just four points, the Trojans were able to hold on for the 10-point victory
Tulsa's Jaleel Wheeler led all scorers with a new season-high of 17 points, followed by Will Magnay's season-best 13 points and Corey Henderson with 10 points.
