TULSA, Okla. — Fourth-year head coach Frank Haith unveiled his program's non-conference schedule for the 2017-18 season, which includes six home games along with matchups against Kansas State and Oklahoma State, on Thursday.
"I'm excited about our non-conference schedule and the challenges that it will present our team," Haith said. "The Puerto Rico Tip-Off will give us a chance to face some great competition very early in the season before going up against Oklahoma State, Kansas State and Illinois State in December. This schedule will test us and will help prepare our guys for the grind of 18 games in a Power 6 league like The American.
