LAFAYETTE - Tulane defeated No. 15 Louisiana-Lafayette 6-4 on Wednesday night at M.L. "Tigue" Moore Field.

PICKING UP WHERE THEY LEFT OFF: Tulane started to get things on track last week and entered Wednesday night's contest against the Ragin' Cajuns as winners of four of its last five games including a 10-2 victory over McNeese State on Tuesday.
Tulane's offense picked right back up in Lafayette as the Green Wave opened the first inning with four runs.
Grant Witherspoon doubled to start the game and moved to third on a single from Hunter Williams.
