Tulane CB Parry Nickerson looks to continue high level of play

Tulane's ability to defend the pass may be the team's biggest strength through the first six games of the season, and much of that has to do with the play of the Green Wave's top cornerback Parry Nickerson.

Tulane (3-3, 0-2 in American Athletic Conference) ranks No. 27 in the nation and No. 2 in the AAC in pass defense, allowing 182.2 yards per game through the air and Nickerson has been one of the most consistent players on the Green Wave defense with his play against opposing team's top receiving options.

Tulane running back Sherman Badie hasn't played since injuring his groin in the Green Wave's 66-21 win over Southern in the second game of the season.
