Kyle Lowry leads Raptors to victory over Cavaliers

Heading into Wednesday’s game against the Cleveland Cavaliers, Dwane Casey called it a litmus test for his Toronto Raptors.

The Cavaliers have the best player in the world on their team — unless your allegiances are out west with Steph Curry — in LeBron James and their identity is set, their destination Google mapped year after year, as long as James can riff on Magic Johnson’s game in Karl Malone’s body.

The Raptors, however, aren’t consistently afforded such luxuries. Kyle Lowry looked like a MVP candidate at the start of last season but that team got injured, Lowry was overworked and things went south.
