This iteration of the Toronto Raptors could be the best in franchise history. Yes, it’s only October, and yes, the team is only 1-1 in the preseason, but this team is already looking like the most balanced, dynamic and talented squad to ever wear a home jersey in Toronto. On paper, they certainly are.
