Bounce Back Season For Williams Recognized With Sixth Man Award

Lou Williams was brought to the Toronto Raptors to score. The Raptors needed a spark plug off the bench. Williams needed an opportunity to prove the hard work rehabbing from a torn ACL had paid off. Neither party could have predicted just how perfectly he would fit.

After averaging a career-high 15.5 points per game and recording career bests in free throws made and attempted, three-pointers made and attempted and steals, the 10-year vet was named the 2014-2015 Sixth Man of the Year on Monday afternoon. Williams accepted the award with his friends, family and high school coach looking on.
