The Canadian Junior National Team got the opportunity to take the field and see how their talents stack up against those of the Blue Jays. The Jays had their prospects and many of their minor league players suit up against the Juniors.
18-year-old Blue Jays prospect, Vladimir Guerrero Jr. got the start at third base and had several at-bats before he was pulled from the game for pinch-hitter Ryan Hissey.
It took six Jays pitchers to toss nine full innings but once the final out had been recorded, the Jays had coasted to a 16-0 victory at the Florida Auto Exchange Stadium.
