Three homers trump Royals as Jays win second in row

TORONTO - It was another night of festivities for the revamped Blue Jays.

Since Troy Tulowitzki arrived, the Jays have gone 2-0, including Thursday night’s 5-2 triumph over the Kansas City Royals, the top team in the American League.

David Price hasn’t shown his face yet and Toronto is already on a roll.

There is no word on when Price will make his Jays debut but it could come as early as Sunday.

Amid the excitement and enthusiasm of the acquisition of Price, manager John Gibbons offered a word of caution.

“Price, he can’t throw every day,” Gibbons said.
